FAMILY AND WORK

With the help of a sustainable personnel policy, we would like to harmonise the economic interests of the HOLY FASHION GROUP with the private and family interests of our employees in the best possible way. In order to be able to meet the resulting, very different demands as far as possible, the HOLY FASHION GROUP is continuously working on improving the working conditions. For example, home office is possible for all employees on up to 2 days per week.

The focus is on cooperation that is based on trust and communication and allows the necessary leeway and flexibility for self-organisation. In order to promote this, the topic of "compatibility" has been included as a fixed component in management training and in the annual discussions between employees and managers.

In addition, HOLY FASHION GROUP offers its employees with childcare responsibilities and/or relatives in need of care a comprehensive range of measures and services.

  • Options for extended maternity leave for our employees at the headquarters in Switzerland, as well as extended paternity leave

  • Options for mobile working and working in a home office, as well as various options for flexible working hours such as flexitime, individual solutions for returning to work and part-time options

On 19 January 2017, the HOLY FASHION GROUP was the first Swiss fashion company to be awarded the rating "Family AND Work" by the Swiss specialist agency UND.


EATING FOR PERFORMANCE

We help our employees to feel good, stay healthy and perform well by offering them a range of healthy and balanced food in our staff restaurant "HOME".

At "HOME", our employees can not only choose from a wide range of fresh and healthy dishes, but also meet and exchange ideas with their colleagues in a cosy atmosphere.

The HOME team largely follows the principles of "clean eating". As far as possible, unprocessed food is used and the focus is on seasonal and regional vegetables and fruit. In addition, high-quality meat from pasture-raised animals or fish from sustainable catches or organic farming is used in the cooking. As much as possible, convenience products, unhealthy additives, industrial sugar and artificial sweeteners, and refined white flour products are avoided. Where used, processed products are predominantly organic.

In addition to a lunch menu, which can be assembled as a combination of different options, there are regular special dishes such as sushi or delicious grilled dishes. HOME offers a large selection of "clean" as well as conventional products for breakfast or a snack. Our relatives and children are always welcome.

In 2018, our HOME restaurant was even awarded the Swiss seal of quality "Goût Mieux".

#OUR MATTHIAS | COOK OF THE COMPANY RESTAURANT HOME

As one of the cooks of the company restaurant HOME at the Holy Fashion Group, I am responsible for the balance between the high demands we place on ourselves, wishes of our guests and economic aspects.

As a former Alfons Schuhbeck student, I claim to work for one of the best employee restaurants in Switzerland. In the past, I always wondered if there is an employer that allows me to be completely creative and still enjoy job benefits such as our company boat trips, generous discounts and sports courses.

It fills me up with pride to feel the trust of the employees for which I strive daily with the whole HOME-team.


HEALTH AND SAFETY

The health and safety of our employees is very important to us, because only those who are healthy can deliver top performance. That is why we offer our employees the opportunity to participate in activities from our sports programme together with their colleagues. Unrestricted safety at the workplace and healthy working conditions also play a major role in order to strengthen and promote the health awareness of our employees.

This means, among other things:

  • Extensive, free sports and fitness programme for our employees, e.g. tennis, badminton, squash, football, beach volleyball, basketball, running, water skiing.

  • Cooperation with fitness studios and swimming pools

  • Support and advice from the care management of our daily sickness benefits insurance for sick or injured employees throughout the recovery process and reintegration into everyday working life.

  • Trained first aiders and evacuation assistants as well as comprehensive equipment with defibrillators and first aid kits throughout the company.
